How To Use – Beginner Friendly Guide

Creating a flawless ombré has never been easier. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Nail Prep

Prepare the natural nail as usual.
Push back cuticles, remove shine, cleanse and apply your base coat. Cure as required.

Step 2: Apply Your Base Colour

Apply your chosen gel base colour (for baby boomer, use a soft pink or nude).
Cure fully.
Apply a second coat if needed and cure again.

Step 3: Prepare for Ombre

Apply a thin layer of your base colour without curing OR apply a thin layer of clear base/top coat (depending on your preferred technique). This will help the powder adhere smoothly.

Step 4: Spray the Ombre Powder

Hold the Ombre Powder Spray approximately 10–15cm away from the nail.
Lightly mist the tip (or desired area) to create your fade effect.
Build gradually — less is more.

Step 5: Perfect the Blend

If needed, gently soften the fade using a soft ombré brush or sponge before curing.

Step 6: Cure

Once you’re happy with your blend, cure fully under your LED/UV lamp.

Lightly dust off excess powder.
Apply top coat and cure.
Finish with cuticle oil.
